Before going further with the recruitment process, your consent is required regarding the data processed and possibly stored in the database of the company Devtrooper SRL.
Devtrooper SRL which is the Controller of your personal data and legal person with the registered office in Craiova, Căprioarei Street, no. 69, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J16/1640/2014, tax identification number RO 33588358, taking into account the provisions regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (especially the provisions of EU Regulation no. 679/206-GDPR), hereby informs you:
What personal data is processed?
Devtrooper SRL requests and processes your personal data which is relevant and appropriate for the recruitment process. Data collected and processed by us includes personal data you have mentioned in the CV or other application documents, such as: first name, last name, address, email, telephone number, professional experience, professional background, studies, recommendations/references and contact information, photo, video.
The purpose and legal basis of proceeding your personal data
Personal data collected by Devtrooper SRL is used for the ongoing recruitment process and for the future recruitment process, if you agreed to. Initially, it must be processed in order to take action on your request before entering into a collaboration/employment agreement (art.6 (1) (b) of the GDPR), and subsequently, based on your express consent (art.6 (1) (a) of the GDPR) as well as to fulfill a legal obligation (art. 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR).
How long data is stored and who it is sent to
Storage period/personal data processing period is the period necessary to conducting the recruitment process, but no more than 3 years after receiving the consent for the current recruitment process for the position which you have been applying for, if you consent only to the processing for current recruitment process.
If you express your consent to further processing of your personal data, also to the purpose of the recruitment process, the processing period is 3 years after receiving the consent, period after which the renewal of the consent is required, and, in its absence, the data will be deleted.
Depending on the characteristics of the position, your personal data may be transmitted, on a case-by-case basis, to our contractual partners in order to participate in various projects jointly developed with them, or to public authorities or other bodies that choose to make a public purchase in order to fulfill the technical qualification requirements for our organization.
Please note that the personal data from your CV may be processed using an internal tool, so they comply with Devtrooper and Europass CV template standards.
We do not dispose of or transfer your personal data to third parties.
Your rights
During the processing of your personal data you have, under the conditions provided by GDPR Regulation, the right to access it, the right to rectify, delete, restrict the processing, the right to oppose the processing, the right to data portability and the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
Necessity of the processing
The processing of personal data above is a necessary step prior to employment, in order to conclude an employment contract, and, in case of refusal to give us consent for data processing, we cannot go further with the recruitment process. Refusal to further process your personal data will have no negative consequences on the ongoing recruitment process. However, it means that you will no longer be contacted for other recruitment processes that the company will carry out in the future.
I hereby acknowledge and I was informed that I can withdraw my consent or exercise my rights at any time by sending a request by e-mail at office@pixelfind.net or by post at Căprioarei Street, no. 69, Craiova, Romania, without the withdrawal affecting the lawfulness of the processing previously performed.
